University College Birmingham

University College Birmingham was established as part of the Municipal Technical School in 1875. It became the College of Bakery, Catering, Domestic Science, and Associated Studies in 1957 before getting the right to award its degrees in 2007 and changing its name to its current one in 2008. It currently has around 5,000 higher education students, including 1,400 international students from more than 60 countries. From January 2022, a wide range of its undergraduate and postgraduate degree courses will be accredited and awarded by the prestigious University of Warwick.
