At 99one.co.uk, we believe that helping our students settle into Birmingham is just as important as assisting them with their admission and visa processes. We understand the challenges of adjusting to a new city, which is why we offer the following services to our students:

House viewing:

•  We offer our students a house viewing service, where we'll arrange and attend viewings on their behalf. We'll provide detailed feedback to our students, ensuring they have all the information they need to make an informed decision about their accommodations. By doing so, we can help our students avoid fraudulent landlords and find a suitable and safe living situation in Birmingham.

Arrival Service:

• Our staff can arrange to meet students at Birmingham Airport or Digbeth coach station and escort them to their accommodation if needed.
• We provide guidance on transportation options in Birmingham, including public transportation and taxi services.

Welcome Dinner:

• We host a welcome dinner for our students a few weeks after their arrival at one of the most glamorous restaurants in the heart of Birmingham. This provides a great opportunity for students to meet and network with other international students and our staff.

Welcome Pack:

• For our Birmingham City University students, we're taking it a step further by offering a Chromebook laptop to ensure a smooth transition into the study world of Birmingham. This will allow students to have access to the technology and resources they need to succeed in their studies. We believe that this support will help our students feel more confident and comfortable as they embark on their academic journey in Birmingham.
